WinTOX Order Entry
With quick and manageable data collection donor and sample input have been automated to your preferences. Field tab ordering, information preferences and default test ordering are possible from WinTOX 6′s one-step order entry page.
WinTOX Order Entry Features Include:
- Demographic information for new donors is easily entered and stored for each subsequent visit.
- Optional Photo ID badges with bar-coding allow the user to scan Donor ID’s into the system for quicker order entry.
- Type or scan the ID of an existing donor into the Donor ID field and WinTOX 6 automatically populates the order entry screen with the most current information.
- Standing orders for specific tests can be saved for each donor and retrieved each time the Donor ID is entered.
- Customizable fields allow WinTOX 6′s order entry to be tailored specifically to your lab’s data gathering needs.
- Donor photos can easily be retrieved for donor sample ID confirmation.
- Print customized Chain of Custody forms, complete with bar-code, donor ID and drug test information.
- Generate barcode labels for specimen identification and processing.
